Summary: RunwayPM collects your email when you join the waitlist or contact us. We use it only to reply or notify you about the product. We never sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Complies with Swiss nFADP and EU GDPR.

1. Who we are

RunwayPM is operated by its founder, based in Switzerland. The product is currently in pre-launch / test phase.

We are subject to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/revDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679).

2. What data we collect and why

2.1 Waitlist sign-ups

When you submit your email on runwaypm.com we collect your email address, sign-up timestamp, and approximate country (inferred from IP, not stored permanently).

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) / nFADP Art. 6.

Purpose: Product launch updates, early access invitations, and pricing information only.

2.2 Contact form submissions

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, and message. This is processed via Web3Forms and delivered to our inbox. Submissions are not retained on third-party servers beyond delivery.

2.3 Analytics

We currently run no tracking or analytics scripts on runwaypm.com. This policy will be updated before any analytics are introduced.

2.4 Cookies

We set no first-party cookies. Brevo may set cookies on the waitlist form. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Storage and protection

Waitlist emails are stored in Brevo (US). Brevo provides Standard Contractual Clauses under EU law and complies with the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Contact form data is delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms and not retained on third-party servers beyond delivery. Access to your data is limited to the RunwayPM operator only.

4. Retention

We keep your email on the waitlist until: (a) you unsubscribe or request deletion — we act within 30 days; (b) the waitlist phase ends after product launch; or (c) 12 months have elapsed since sign-up with no launch — whichever comes first.

5. Your rights

6. International transfers

Brevo servers may be in the US. Transfer is lawful under GDPR Art. 46 (SCCs) and nFADP Art. 16.

7. Children

RunwayPM is a B2B tool not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We will update the "Last updated" date when this policy changes materially and notify active users by email where required by law.
