By accessing runwaypm.com, joining the waitlist, or using the RunwayPM software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by Swiss law (Swiss Code of Obligations). Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts.
RunwayPM provides project management tooling for enterprise transformations, including a web-based project dashboard, a configuration editor (7-step wizard), and export/import of project data in HTML and JSON formats.
During early access the Service is provided free of charge or at a discounted rate. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice once generally available.
RunwayPM is currently in pre-launch. Features may change without notice. The Service is provided "as is" during this phase. Early access pricing, once confirmed, will be honoured for the agreed term.
Your data belongs to you. Any project configuration, dashboards, or open points you create using RunwayPM is yours. We claim no ownership over it. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure, ensuring you have the right to process any data entered, and backing up exported files — we are not liable for data loss during the beta phase.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose; reverse-engineer or decompile the Service; resell or sublicense without written permission; store sensitive personal data without appropriate safeguards; or attempt to circumvent any security mechanism.
All code, design, branding, and content of RunwayPM are the intellectual property of its operator, protected under Swiss and international IP law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own internal business purposes.
Annual subscriptions: 30-day refund window from purchase. Per-project licences: Non-refundable once the dashboard has been generated and downloaded. Enterprise: Governed by the specific contract signed. All prices are in Euros (€) excluding VAT where applicable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunwayPM makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, RunwayPM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity; or decisions made based on dashboards produced using the Service. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Exported project files (HTML/JSON) remain yours and are not affected by termination.
We will notify active users of material changes with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
